Our sales team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and committed Wedding & Corporate Sales Executive to join the team and support the company's planned expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication skills. Acting as a key link between clients, the sales office, and our operations team, they will ensure smooth coordination and clear, timely information flow. Neriku Catering's sister company - The Big Kitchen is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead and coordinate all activities at this location — from kitchen production to guest-facing culinary experiences.

This is a newly created role, designed to support the growth of our catering services and the launch of a dedicated space for immersive culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, proven leadership and organisational skills, and a flair for hospitality and client experiences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence while delivering memorable culinary experiences to a diverse range of clients, including students, tourists, DMCs, and private groups.
 
Chef De Partie
 
Join our growing team behind The Big Kitchen — Neriku Catering’s sister company, as a Chef de Partie, responsible for overseeing operations in one of our off-site kitchens. You will ensure meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality, nutrition, and food safety, while meeting specific dietary needs.

You will assist in preparing meals to high standards of quality, nutrition, and food safety, while learning from experienced chefs in a professional kitchen environment. This role requires enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
 
Turkish Chef
 
The Turkish Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Turkish cuisine to the highest standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to established recipes.

This role requires experience in high-volume kitchens or hospitality environments, and a strong knowledge of traditional Turkish dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques, while maintaining high levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
