Conditions of Use

1 item per person will be present when ordering set menus and customised menus.

 

All displayed price include 18% VAT

 

It is ideal to place your order at the earliest possible date, to avoid disappointment.

 

Our offices are closed on Sundays and public holidays except during the festive season in December.

 

Orders done through our website are only confirmed once our team sends a confirmation email with the delivery/collection details. It’s the client’s responsibility to provide the correct details when ordering goods from our website.

 

Actual items may vary from the photos shown on our website.

 

Items may change according to availabilty. 

 

Our staff do their utmost and take the necessary precautions & due diligence to prevent cross contamination of allergens whilst preparing the food. However, there is always a minimal risk of cross – contamination, as in our facilities we make use of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, molluks, crustaceans, mustard, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites, fish, lupin and soya. Although we have strict cross contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products in our items. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this minimal risk.

 

Returns Policy; Orders should be double checked with our staff upon delivery or collection. If a product is not as expected, clients need to contact us immediately on 21660505.

 

Cancellation Policy; If orders are cancelled 3 working days or more prior to the day of the event, no cancellation charges will be incurred. Cancellations need to be confirmed by our team via an email or phone call. Clients will be charged the full amount for last minute cancellations.

 

Delivery or collection options are both available.

 

Orders can be collected from KW 27A, Corradino Industrial Estate, Paola. Pick up times:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16.00
  • Saturday: 9.00 – 12.00
  • Sunday: 8.00 – 10.00

 

Neriku Catering offers FREE delivery service for orders over 65 Euro. Orders under 65 Euro have a delivery charge of 12 Euro. The below are our approximate delivery times:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 – 14.00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 11:00
  • Sunday: 8.00 – 10.00

 

Our delivery men will notify clients before arrival. Our delivery system is based on a route and although we do try our best to accommodate our clients, we cannot guarantee fixed time deliveries.

On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve deliveries take place between 07:00 - 18:00. During the festive season, our delivery system can become full up, so we recommend to our clients to book their order in advance to avoid dissapointment.

Currently, we only offer deliveries in Malta.

 

We would like to point out that the food items are delivered pre - cooked but chilled. Items need to be re - heated in an oven prior to serving.

 

Food hygiene and safety is a priority to us, so we recommend to our clients to follow the below directions to ensure that your food is kept safe and free from the risk of contamination.

  • You must ensure that all food items are kept refrigerated at 8°C or less.
  • Your food order should be consumed on the day of delivery.
  • Food which needs to be reheated should be thoroughly heated to 75°C prior to serving. Particular care should be given to poultry and rice items. Food items should be reheated in an oven at 180°C for a few minutes. A griglioso is also ideal for reheating but a microwave should be avoided.
  • Any left-over food at the end of the event should be disposed of.
  • Make sure to wash your hands and surfaces prior to handling the food.

 

F & B Staff can be added to your order which is subject to availability.

  • The minimum amount of staff for any event is 2.
  • Staff will be paid per shift and not per hour. A shift is 7 hours long which starts 2 hours before the event. After 7 hours, over time charges will take place.
  • For certain holidays, staff members need to be paid double their normal rate.
  • Neriku Catering provides the necessary equipment with orders which include F & B staff. A service charge is required.
  • For orders without F & B staff, equipment can be rented out. In addition, a 50 Euro deposit shall be requested and shall be given back if the product is returned back to our offices undamaged.
  • Clients can keep any leftover food, however the client is responsible for the transportation and storage of this food.
  • Neriku Catering shall not be responsible in any manner, for any claim, illness or other damage arising from the consumption of leftover foods taken away from the venue by the client.
  • At events, clients need to procure all the food exclusively from Neriku Catering.

 

Orders can either be paid via a secure online system, via cash or a cheque payable to Neriku Catering upon delivery of order.

 

With regards to credit card payments, we do not keep any information relating to your payment details.  This is handled entirely by a separate online payment system which we have no connection with.  We currently use the services of APCO Systems Limited and more information on how they process your data can be obtained on their own website: http://www.apcopay.eu/

 

If a client cancels an order for any reason which has already been paid online, Neriku Catering will refund the amount of the order minus 5% of the total value to cover the costs of transaction charges. 

 

When purchasing goods with a credit card, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. Also client’s should only make use of their own credit cards. 

 

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Neriku Catering. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission from Neriku Catering.
