Conditions of Use

Pricing and Payments

  • All displayed prices include 18% VAT.
  • Orders can be paid via a secure online system, cash, or cheque payable to Neriku Catering upon delivery.
  • We do not store your credit card details; this is handled entirely by APCO Systems Limited. You can find more information on their data processing at: http://www.apcopay.eu/.
  • If an online-paid order is cancelled and a refund is issued, Neriku Catering will refund the amount minus 5% of the total value to cover transaction charges.
  • Clients must ensure they have sufficient funds to cover the order cost and should only use their own credit cards for payment.

Ordering and Amendments

  • Orders placed through our website are only confirmed once our team sends a confirmation email with all delivery/collection details.
  • It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct details when ordering goods from our website.
  • It is ideal to place your order at the earliest possible date to avoid disappointment.
  • Set menus and customised menus are limited to 1 item per person.
  • Actual items may vary from the photos shown on our website, and items may change according to availability.

Office Hours and Contact

  • Our offices are closed on Sundays and public holidays, except during the festive season in December.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Please read the following section carefully. 

Cancellation Policy

  • If orders are cancelled 3 working days or more prior to the day of the event, no cancellation charges will be incurred.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed by our team via an email or phone call.
  • Clients will be charged the full amount for last-minute cancellations.

Returns Policy

  •  Orders should be double-checked with our staff upon delivery or collection.
  •  If a product is not as expected, clients need to contact us immediately on 21660505.

Collection and Delivery Services

We offer both delivery and collection options.

Collection Details

  • Orders can be collected from KW27A, Corradino Industrial Estate, Paola.

Pick-up Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
  • Sunday: 08:00 – 10:00

Malta Delivery Details

  • FREE delivery for orders over €75.
  • Orders under €75 have a delivery charge of €12.

Approximate Delivery Times (Malta):

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 11:00
  • Sunday: 08:00 – 10:00

Our delivery men will notify clients before arrival.

Deliveries are based on a route; we cannot guarantee fixed time deliveries.

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve deliveries take place between 07:00 – 18:00. We recommend booking in advance during the festive season.

New! Gozo Delivery Details

  • Delivery Fee: A flat fee of €12 applies per delivery.
  • Service Availability: Deliveries to Gozo are entirely subject to Gozo Channel operations. If the ferry is not operating, deliveries cannot be fulfilled.
  • Holiday Schedule: No deliveries will be made on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are made from 11:00 a.m. onwards.
  • Payment Methods: Payment must be made before delivery via Revolut, bank transfer, or online payment. Cash payments are not accepted for Gozo deliveries.
  • Order Amendments/Cancellations: Any amendments must be submitted 3 working days in advance.

Food Preparation and Safety

Allergen Information

Our staff do their utmost and take the necessary precautions & due diligence to prevent cross contamination of allergens whilst preparing the food. However, there is always a minimal risk of cross – contamination, as in our facilities we make use of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, molluscs, crustaceans, mustard, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, sulphur dioxide & sulphites, fish, lupin and soya. Although we have strict cross contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products in our items. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this minimal risk.

Food Handling and Reheating

Food items are delivered pre-cooked but chilled. Items need to be reheated in an oven prior to serving.

Safety Directions:

  • All food items must be kept refrigerated at 8°C or less.
  • Your food order should be consumed on the day of delivery.
  • Food must be thoroughly reheated to 75°C prior to serving (special care for poultry and rice).
  • Reheat food items in an oven at 180°C for a few minutes. A griglioso (grill) is also ideal, but a microwave should be avoided.
  • Any left-over food at the end of the event should be disposed of.
  • Wash your hands and surfaces prior to handling the food.

Catering Staff and Equipment Hire

F&B Staff Details

  • F&B Staff can be added to your order, subject to availability.
  • The minimum amount of staff for any event is 2.
  • Staff are paid per shift (7 hours long, starting 2 hours before the event), not per hour. Overtime charges apply after 7 hours.
  • For certain holidays, staff members need to be paid double their normal rate.
  • Neriku Catering provides the necessary equipment when F&B staff are included in the order, and a service charge is required.

Equipment and Leftovers

  • For orders without F&B staff, equipment can be rented out. A €50 deposit is requested and will be returned if the equipment is returned undamaged.
  • At events, clients must procure all food exclusively from Neriku Catering.
  • Clients can keep any leftover food, but the client is responsible for the transportation and storage of this food.
  • Neriku Catering shall not be responsible for any claim, illness, or damage arising from the consumption of leftover foods taken away from the venue by the client.
