1. Weddings & Corporate Sales Executive


We are looking for an ambitious & hard working Corporate Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Contacting prospective new clients through a variety of mediums 
  •  Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments 
  •  Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  •  Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  •  Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary change
  •  Manage and maintain great working relationships with new and repeating clients

 2.  Finance & Administration Assistant


We are looking to expand our team, and we are looking for our next part-time Finance and Administration Assistant to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will:


  • Liaise and engage with suppliers
  • Perform general bookkeeping and accounting duties
  • Input financial data into SAGE and make sure that the data is accurate
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable 
  • Actively participate in debtors` control
  • Assist with payroll administration and
  • Work with the team on day-to-day ad hoc tasks


Skills & Requirements: 

  • At least two years of experience in an accounting role and one year in administration 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel 
  • Proficiency in SAGE is considered an asset
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and a supportive, team building personality

3. Delivery Driver 


Hit the road with us! We are looking for a Delivery Driver to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will:


  • Load, transport and deliver items to clients promptly and safely
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries and verify items against delivery documentation
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles as needed
  • Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record
  • Follow assigned routes, navigate city streets and adhere to designated time schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company



  • Motivated and a cooperative team player
  • Proficient in English & Maltese
  • Possession of a clean and valid Maltese driver's license B is mandatory

 4. Logistics & Events Manager 


We are looking for our next Logistics & Events Manager who excels at customer service, multitasking and has a keen eye for details.  


Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Exercise administrative control and coordination of events & weddings operations including staffing, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, inventory control, breakage control and records

  • Oversee that all the necessities required per event are organised for example but not limited to linen, ice, transportation, consumables, equipment, and staff 
  • Do random checks on events to analyse the service Neriku is offering to our clients, to determine if the food, service and overall presentation are up to standard 
  • Obtain feedback from customers and make sure to improve any areas which require improvement
  • Conduct short- and long-term planning for the events department
  • Ensure that personnel consistently maintain a high level of quality service
  • Coordinate with clients & events/wedding planners for succesful execution of weddings & events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
  • Demonstrate excellent creative skills to provide innovative set-ups and menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and Sales Team
  • To conduct regular team meetings an briefings with necessary departments such as management, head chef, sales, purchasing etc. 
  • Provide effective leadership to coach and train employees to reflect company service standards and procedures


Skills & Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of an event & wedding are covered
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Project management skills; ability to create and follow timelines and schedules
  • Exhibit quick decision-making skills to handle unexpected issues that arise on the day of the event
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to meet clients` needs and expectations
  • Basic IT skills
  • Fluency in Maltese & English
