1. Head Pastry Chef


We are currently looking for a determined, passionate and ambitious Head Pastry Chef to join our team. The individual will be responsible to operate & manage the preparation & production of all desserts and pastries.


Duties & Responsibilties:


- Develop & implement systems & procedures to streamline workflow & increase productivity

- Create new & innovative desserts that are both visually appealing & delicious, while also staying within budget constraints

- Manage inventory & place orders as necessary to maintain adequate supplies

- Ensure compliance to sanitation, health & safety legislation

- Ensure quality management of the pastry department

- Create the weekly roster of your team

- Supervise, manage & assist in the direction of the overall performance of the team

- Keep abreast of new food trends & developments, and incorporate them into menu offerings as appropriate




- Excellent verbal communication in both Maltese & English

- Positive can - do attitude and team player

- People management skills



2. Floor Manager


Neriku is looking for a floor manager who will be responsible to supervise the general operations of our CPU in Paola.


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the daily operational activities

- Working hand in hand with the operations manager

- Organise the company's fleet and drivers 

- Oversee the upkeeping of the premises

- Communicate effectively between departments

- Manage and assist staff members

- Formulating work schedules



- Positive can - do attitude and team player

- People management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast - moving environment

- Strong problem solving skills

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

- A minimum of A'level or diploma level qualification in a related field

- Excellent verbal skills in English and Maltese


3. Business Development Executive for The Big kitchen (TBK)


We are looking for a ambitious & creative business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contacting prospective new clients through a variety of mediums and collaboration with the marketing department

- Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective client

- Crafting business proposals and contracts

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes



- Extensive sales experience

- The ability to think creatively and strategically

- Commercial awareness

- Great networking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Maltese & English
