 1. Customer Service & Sales Executive

 

Are you passionate about food and events? Do you thrive in a client-focused role and love keeping things organized? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service & Sales Executive to assist our Sales & Events teams!

 

This exciting role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations. You’ll handle customer inquiries, provide vital administrative support, and assist in creating unforgettable event experiences.

 

The Role

  • Connecting with clients: Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth.
  • Creating great first impressions: Greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcomed when visiting our offices
  • Making events happen: Assisting with event preparations and coordination.
  • Staying organized: Supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.

 

What you bring: 

  • Basic IT skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Maltese & English

2. Delivery Driver 

 

We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will enjoy reliable working hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and the comfort of driving modern, automatic vans.

 

The Role

  • Load, transport, and deliver items to clients promptly and safely.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries and verify items against delivery documentation.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles as needed.
  • Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Follow assigned routes and adhere to designated time schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company as needed.

 

What You Bring

  • Motivated and a cooperative team player.
  • Proficient in English language 
  • Possession of a clean and valid Maltese B driver's license is mandatory.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting performance expectations.

 

 3. Packer 

 

We are looking for a Packer to serve as the vital link between our kitchen and dispatch operations. This role ensures timely order fulfilment and seamless coordination while thriving in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with delivery drivers and chefs
  • Manage and organize order-related documentation
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing orders for delivery
  • Package daily orders efficiently and accurately

  

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role (preferred)
  • Fluency in English & Maltese
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to lift and move heavy packages

 

 4. Storekeeper

 

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to accurately track and document inventory. They will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and secure storage environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and expiry dates.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of items in designated areas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong command of English; knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
